Raised all over the South as an Army brat, Kathy eventually made Johnson City, Tennessee her home alongside her husband, Pastor Jeff. With a strong background in marketing and corporate training, Kathy transitioned into the real estate industry in 2003, quickly making her mark by earning the Rookie of the Year award at her local association. Within just three years, she became a Principal Broker, and in 2010, she was honored as the Tri-Cities REALTOR® of the Year. Kathy's leadership extends beyond her firm; she has held numerous positions at both the local and state levels, earning multiple awards and recognition for her contributions. She continues to serve the state on various committees, including Professional Standards, Grievance, and Forms, and as a representative of the Broker Forum.
In 2019, Kathy expanded her influence by purchasing the well-established D&D School of Real Estate. As a state-certified, TREEF-certified, and Arello-certified instructor, as well as a Certified Real Estate Coach, Kathy is dedicated to empowering and inspiring the next generation of leaders through strategic guidance and impactful storytelling.
Kathy is the founder of Greater Impact Realty, a Tennessee-based real estate firm located in the Tri-Cities. She lives there with her husband and their beloved micro doodle, GO-GO Of all her achievements, Kathy considers her family to be her greatest accomplishment—she and Jeff have five children, four in-laws, and 13 grandchildren (and counting!). With most of her family involved in the real estate industry, life is always full of excitement.
